The Requests dashboard is your central hub for tracking and managing feature requests, product gaps, and blockers identified during Evaluations. It centralizes customer feedback, prioritizes issues based on their impact, and links them to deal progress and value.
This tool helps you identify high-priority blockers, collaborate with the product team, and drive better alignment between customer needs and your offerings.
At the top of the dashboard, summary cards group requests by priority. You can click on any card to filter the list below:
Blockers are critical issues that must be resolved in order to make progress on the deal.
Important issues are high-value requests that could significantly influence deal outcomes.
Nice to Have issues are lower-priority requests that add value but aren’t critical to deal closure.
By linking requests to specific deals and their associated value, the Request dashboard empowers your team to:
Focus on impact: Understand which requests are tied to the highest-value deals, so you can allocate resources effectively and resolve critical issues first.
Drive alignment: Ensure sales and product teams are working together by clearly connecting customer feedback to actionable tasks.
Improve efficiency: Quickly identify recurring requests or common blockers across multiple deals to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
To add a new request, click the + Request button. You can update existing requests to reflect changing priorities, values, or deal associations.
You may like to share some requests on the buyer portal. Open the request and click the pencil icon next to any associated evaluation to toggle visibility for that deal.
Please note that changes to a requests title or description in Opine are not synchronized to the external system because multiple requests can be linked to the same external issues.
To get the most out of the Requests feature, you’ll want to make sure that you have the or integration configured so that requests can be tied to your product development ticket and automatically sync their status.
