Opine provides a Buyer Portal for your prospect or customer where they can view the status of the evaluation Plan. The Buyer Portal is a helpful tool to foster transparency with your prospect or customer, but it's also optional.

If you'd like to securely share the Plan with your prospect or customer through the Buyer Portal:

  1. Click Evaluations in the main navigation.

  2. Locate the evaluation Plan you want to share and click on it.

  3. Click the Share button in the upper-right corner.

  4. Copy the secure link.

  5. Paste the link into a chat message or email to share with the buyer.

Shared links ensure security with an unguessable code, allowing only those with the link to access the Buyer Portal. After clicking on the link, your prospect or customer will be required to create an Opine account to get access to the Buyer Portal. From the Buyer Portal, they can rate, assign, and comment on success criteria in the Plan, but they are not able to create new items or create requests.

Sharing the Plan through the Buyer Portal ensures everyone involved understands the status of the evaluation.
