Opine AI helps you save time, uncover insights, and stay on top of your deals and evaluation Plans. Need a quick summary of deal status? Actionable recommendations? Opine AI is here to help.


Chat with Ask Opine

The Ask Opine feature lets you interact directly with Opine AI for quick answers and insights about your deals or tasks.

To start a conversation:

  1. Click the Ask Opine button in the bottom right corner of the page.

  2. Type your question or select one of the pre-defined prompts.

  3. Receive real-time responses

You can ask Opine for specifics on deals including:

  • Deal updates and progress summaries.

  • Next-step recommendations based on deal activity.

  • Quick answers about evaluation Plan tasks, blockers, or meeting schedules.

But you can also ask for more general insights like:

  • How many deals did we compete with Competitor Name on in the last year?

  • What feature request, if implemented, would have the most impact on deals?

You can also ask Opine to draft emails, generate workshop agendas, or even summarize recent conversations to keep everyone aligned.


Deal summaries

Opine AI generates detailed, real-time summaries for each deal, synthesizing data from tools like Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

To view a deal summary:

  1. Click Deals in the main navigation.

  2. Locate the Deal you want to view a summary of and click on it.

  3. The deal summary appears under the Status tab of the deal page.

Deal summaries include:

  • Deal Status: The current stage of the deal and identified blockers or risks.

  • Timeline: Expected close dates and key milestones for the evaluation or deal.

  • Recent Engagement: A timeline of meetings, emails, and messages to keep you informed.

  • Next Steps: Actionable tasks or meetings required to advance the deal.

  • Competitive Insights: Notes on competitors or customer sentiment to tailor your strategy.


How Opine Ingests Data

Opine AI works by ingesting data from your connected tools and synthesizing insights to support your sales efforts. Here’s how it works:

  1. Slack Integration: Captures conversations from customer Slack Connect channels and internal Slack channels to track key discussions, blockers, and next steps.

  2. CRM Integration: Syncs deal details, pipeline stages, and customer information directly from Salesforce or HubSpot.

  3. Zoom or Google Meet: Analyzes call recordings to identify customer feedback, pain points, and follow-up actions.

  4. Email Sync: Extracts insights from customer emails to track engagement and align on expectations.

This automated data ingestion ensures that Opine AI always has the context it needs to provide accurate recommendations and updates.
