Overview

Connecting your Zoom account is an important step in unlocking the power of Opine. Call transcripts provide critical insights into your buyer's needs and concerns that are essential to running a successful evaluation. Opine is able to provide rich deal status summaries, recommend tasks, and more using the content of calls.

Configure

Take these steps to configure the integration.

1. Create a Zoom Internal App to obtain credentials and grant access to meeting recordings.

2. Record calls that include the contacts of CRM deals.

Connect

Opine currently uses the credentials of an internal app to enable access to meeting recordings across users in your Opine organization without requiring each of them to authorize. The Zoom user installing the integration must be able to manage "Internal Apps (Server-to-server)."

These scopes must be granted to the app.
