Criteria Metrics

Monitor success with the Criteria Metrics report

Once your team is actively using Success Criteria in Plans, Opine helps you track how those Criteria are performing across deals. The Criteria Metrics report gives you visibility into how often each criterion is used, how buyers are rating them, and where improvements may be needed.

You can find this report under TrendsCriteria Metrics in the left-hand sidebar.

Pro Tip: Many Opine customers invite Product Managers to Opine to review Criteria Metrics and Requests, which is helpful for building the roadmap.
