On the left of every screen in Opine you'll see the navigation. Here's a brief overview of each section:
Workbench Designed for Sales Engineers, the Workbench shows all the deals you’re working on and the tasks assigned to you. It’s also the central place to interact with Opine AI, making it easy to get updates, generate insights, and manage your workload efficiently.
Deals View all active deals across your company, automatically synced from your CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot). The Deals section provides a pipeline view of each deal’s progress and current stage, offering complete visibility into your company’s sales process.
Evaluations Organize every POC into structured workflows with phases like prerequisites, execution, and outcomes. Evaluations include Success Criteria, which define measurable goals, and Meetings, such as workshops or check-ins, that must occur during the evaluation. This section ensures that every step of the POC process is clearly outlined and tracked to completion.
Templates Create and store reusable templates for evaluation plans. Templates help your team maintain consistency, save time, and accelerate the setup of new POCs.
Criteria Library A centralized repository for your success criteria. Criteria capture measurable goals for your POCs, ensuring clarity for your team and your customers. Save and reuse criteria tailored to specific customer needs to streamline future POC setups.
Requests Link Jira tickets to deals to track which prospects requested specific features. This section highlights blockers, critical issues, and nice-to-have features, showing how they impact your pipeline and prospects.
