The Evaluations dashboard is your central hub for managing pilots, POCs (Proofs of Concept), and POVs (Proofs of Values). In Opine, these terms are unified under the concept of evaluations—structured, goal-oriented processes that demonstrate the value of your solution to prospects. Evaluations align success criteria with customer needs, define measurable outcomes, and provide a framework for collaboration.
The dashboard gives you a clear view of all active evaluations, helping you stay organized, track progress, and deliver results efficiently.
Clicking on an Evaluation takes you to its detailed view, where you can access all the information needed to manage it effectively:
The progress bar shows percentage of success criteria completed and the estimated completion date. This date is configured when you create the Evaluation.
Evaluations are divided into phases to streamline workflows and clearly define responsibilities. Phases can be customized to suit your organization’s needs but typically include:
Prerequisites: Define entry criteria, such as system setup, onboarding, and stakeholder alignment.
Execution: Focus on the primary evaluation tasks, like workshops, testing, or feature demonstrations.
Outcomes: Measure and document success criteria completion, customer feedback, and next steps for closing the deal.
Each phase contains measurable success criteria, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and making it easy to track progress and evaluate results.
The Activity tab provides a chronological log of all interactions related to the evaluation, including emails, meetings, and internal or external comments. This gives your team a clear view of who is involved, what has been discussed, and what remains outstanding, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
The File Center serves as a centralized repository for all evaluation-related files, such as presentations, reports, or agreements. Easily upload, organize, and share documents directly from this tab, ensuring your team and customers have access to the latest resources.
