Success Criteria define measurable goals that align with customer expectations. Success Criteria generally map to the features or outcomes the customer is evaluating, such as:
“Integration with GitHub pipelines”
“SOC 2 Compliance”
“Real-time dashboard performance”
The Criteria Library dashboard provides an overview of all success criteria in your system:
By reusing criteria from the library, you save time and maintain consistency across all evaluations.
Use sorting and filtering options to organize your library and quickly find specific criteria by category, title, or author. To create new success criteria, click the Create button.
Clicking into success criteria opens the editor, where you can manage its details. Key actions include:
Update the Title to ensure clarity.
Use the Description to include detailed notes or guidance for how the criteria should be used in Evaluations.
Use Labels to categorize the criteria (e.g., "Salesforce," "HubSpot") for better organization and filtering.
The editor also shows a list of referenced Evaluations, allowing you to track where the criteria are being used. This visibility helps you identify opportunities for reuse and ensure consistency across projects.
Success criteria from the library can be added to phases of an Evaluation, such as "Prerequisites," "Execution," or "Outcomes." This ensures that each phase has measurable, customer-aligned goals.
Once defined, success criteria can be reused across multiple Evaluations, helping your team maintain consistency and reduce duplication. This ensures alignment with organizational standards and improves efficiency.
Additionally, success criteria can be included in Evaluation Templates, making it easy to replicate proven workflows for new customer engagements.
