Track Evaluation progress

Once an Evaluation has been created the best place to track your progress is from the Evaluations area within Opine:
To work on an Evaluation:
Click Evaluations in the main navigation.
Locate the Evaluation you want to work on in the list of active Evaluations.
Click on the Evaluation to open its detailed view.
The Evaluation screen provides a clear breakdown of the pilot's structure, including Phases, Success Criteria, Tasks, and Meetings.
Success criteria define the measurable outcomes for the pilot. To update their status:
Locate the Success Criteria you want to edit.
Click on the empty circle (◯) to the left of the title of the Success Criteria.
Select one of the following statuses from the dropdown:
Exceeds Expectations: Select this if the customer is delighted with the result or unexpected value is delivered.
Meets Expectations: Use this when the Success Criteria is fully achieved as planned.
Partially Meets Expectations: Use when some aspects of the Success Criteria are complete, but others require further work or adjustments.
Does Not Meet Expectations: Select this if the goal was missed due to technical issues, delays, or other blockers.
After selecting a status, you’ll be prompted to add any relevant notes or comments to provide additional context.
Tasks are for tracking work that must be done during the Evaluation. To mark a task complete:
Locate the Task you want to edit.
Click the checkbox (▢) to the left of the title to toggle the Completion status
Evaluation plans can also contain meetings. To schedule or edit a meeting:
Locate the Meeting you want to edit.
Click the Meeting to open the details dialog.
Schedule or update the meeting time.
The Activity tab of the Evaluation screen provides a log of all updates to the Evaluation plan. It provides a quick view of what’s recently happened on the Evaluation.
The File Center tab is where all documents related to the Evaluation are stored. Use it to:
Upload files like presentations, reports, or agreements.
Share specific files with customers or internal stakeholders as needed.
If adjustments to the Evaluation are needed during the pilot, you can modify the Evaluation plan directly:
Click the Edit icon (pencil icon) at the top of the Evaluation screen.
Update phases, success criteria, meetings, and tasks as necessary.
Save your changes to reflect them in the Evaluation.
