To complete the Evaluation, you need to ensure all Success Criteria have a status assigned.
Once all Success Criteria have a status, Opine automatically generates an Evaluation Summary—a slide deck of the pilot's results. This deck is designed to make it easy to share the result of the Evaluation with your prospect or customer.
The Evaluation Summary provides an overview of the pilot’s key results, including:
Highlights: Key achievements and insights from the pilot.
Quotes: Customer and internal team feedback.
Top Success Criteria: Major criteria that defined the pilot’s success.
Visualizations: Percentage breakdown of Success Criteria statuses (Exceeds Expectations, Meets Expectations, etc.).
Each slide is customizable and can be edited or copied into your own presentation.
To view the Evaluation Summary:
Click Evaluations in the main navigation.
Select the Evaluation you want to view.
At the top of the page, locate the new Evaluation Summary section.
Click View Summary.
Once opened, use the arrow buttons to navigate between slides in the summary.
Opine AI will automatically extract quotes and write content to fill in the Evaluation summary, but you can also make changes if you’d like to refine what’s written:
Open the Evaluation summary
Navigate to the slide that you’d like to edit using the arrow buttons at the bottom
Click Edit on the slide to make changes.
To incorporate slides into another presentation:
Open the Evaluation summary
Navigate to the slide that you’d like to copy using the arrow buttons at the bottom
Click Edit on the slide to make changes.
Click the Copy Slide button on the desired slide.
This copies the slide as a PNG image to your clipboard.
Paste the slide directly into PowerPoint, Google Slides, or another slide deck tool.
This makes it easy to tailor the content for specific audiences or combine it with additional materials.
To share the Evaluation Summary with a prospect or customer:
Click the Share Summary button on the Evaluation Summary page.
This makes the summary available on the shared Pilot page for the buyer.
Sharing the summary ensures transparency and provides potential buyers with a clear record of the pilot’s results, fostering alignment and trust.
